# Create or Post Programs /Requirements /Usecases

Organization Manager - Program Microsite Setup
  1. Open www.incubatehub.com webpage

  2. Login with organization manager credentials

  3. Place the cursor on the user profile and click on Organization Dashboard

  4. Select the Organization in which you want to post Programs

  5. Click on ‘Post Programs’ button either on the header of the organization microsite or in the Programs module

  6. Pop-up-window asks for the program details

  7. Enter the program details - Program Name, select Use Case Meta tags from the drop-down menu

  8. Edit the description or contents

  9. Select Focus Group, Target Domain, Target Technology, Target Geography, Target Countries/ States, Target Cities

  10. Click on ‘Submit for Verification’ button

# Edit Program Microsite Banner

  1. Open www.incubatehub.com webpage

  2. Login with organization manager credentials

  3. Place the cursor on the user profile and click on Organization Dashboard or My Dashboard or Program Dashboard

  4. Program Dashboard -> Select the program which is to be edited

  5. Click on the ‘Edit Mode’ button on the right side of the program micrsite

  6. Click on ‘Update Banner’ button to change the banner or click on ‘Remove Banner’ button to remove the banner

  7. Click on edit icon beside the program name

  8. Edit the Program details and click on Save button

  9. Contact us, Schedule, Juror, Mentor, Judging Criteria, FAQ, Event images, What you will Earn and Learn - Click on ‘Add New’ in the modules, add required fields and Save

  10. Click on Preview Mode, all the added modules will be updated

# Publish Program

Organization Manager - Program Microsite Setup
Conditions:
  1. Program should be approved by the Admin
  2. Once published you can't unpublish, but you can edit the page
  3. Open www.incubatehub.com webpage

  4. Click on ‘Get Started’ button

  5. Login with Organization Manager access

  6. Open Organization microsite and select the program from the post programs section

  7. Navigated to program microsite page

  8. Click on ‘Publish Event Microsite’ button on the header page

  9. Click on ‘Edit Microsite’ button in the pop-up window to edit

  10. Edit program microsite and than click on ‘Publish Event Microsite’ button

  11. Program Microsite is published

  12. Pop up message click on ‘Just take Interest’ or ‘Configure Application Button

  13. If you want to allow users only to show interest in the program, click on ‘Just take Interest’ button -> ‘Show Interest’ button should be available for the program (Participants can just show interest in the program)

  14. If you want to allow users to apply for the program, click on ‘Configure Application’ -> Configuration Successful

  3. Place the cursor on the user profile and click on Organization Dashboard or My Dashboard or Program Dashboard

  4. Program Dashboard -> Select the program which is to be edited

  5. Click on the ‘Edit Mode’ button on the right side of the program microsite

  6. For "Overview"
